These data evolve generally over time and, do not follow the fundamental hypothesis of stationarity upon which the learning theory is based. قبل از این مطلبی در مورد دلایل مهاجرت به غرب نوشته بودم تحت عنوان مهاجرت به غرب؛ آری با نه . همانطور که قبلا نوشتم، یکی از دلایل مهاجرت به غرب می تواند ادامه تحصیل باشد. در این نوشته قصد دارم مزایا و معایب چنین تصمیمی را بررسی کنم. دلیل اصلی برای مطرح کردن این دلایل، تقاضاهای زیادی است که از طریق این وبلاگ بدست من می رسد از طرف افرادی که می خواهند برای ادامه تحصیل به فرانسه بیایند. هرچند ایده اصلی این مطلب را از یکی از نوشته های خرچنگ زاده با عنوان حماقتی به نام دکترا خواندن  گرفتم.
